If you are not in love with the item you receive from ESU, we’ll do our best to make everything right.

• – We accept returns on orders within 30-days of the date the order was shipped.
• – Returns will be subject to a return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
• – Final Sale Items will not be eligible for return.

Please Note:

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please keep underwear on when trying on bottoms or lingerie items. We do NOT accept returns on panties. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that show signs of wear, use, or do not meet the criteria outlined above. Please include a copy of your original packing slip along with your return in a secure, appropriately-sized envelope or box.
